Akyaşam Management Services Inc., a subsidiary of Akiş REIT Inc., manages the Akbatı and Akasya projects.

Opened in 2011, Akbatı, located in Esenyurt-Bahçeşehir on a 50,838m2 plot, is designed as a life center that elevates the standards of quality and comfort with its shopping center and residences. Akbatı features nearly 200 national and international stores, 9 cinema halls, restaurants offering world cuisines, children’s play areas, and an indoor parking lot for 3000 vehicles. With its stylish cafes and restaurants, Akbatı’s Restaurant Square and Festival Park area have become a socializing spot for people of all ages. “Akbatı Residences,” located above the 4-story Akbatı Shopping and Life Center, consists of 350 residences in the 21-story Blue Tower and the 11-story Green Tower, designed by the world-renowned DDG (Development Design Group), noted for its unique architectural design.

KidZania, the creator of the “Edutainment” concept offering children the opportunity to learn while having fun, present in many countries worldwide, and having become the world’s largest “education and entertainment” brand for children, welcomes guests aged 4-14 over a 10,000 square meter area.

Launched in June 2016, Akasya Culture and Art (AKS) has quickly found its place on Istanbul’s culture and art map, hosting sold-out theaters throughout the year, acoustic performances, contemporary art exhibitions, concerts, and talks.
