He started his career as a Production Engineer at Ar\u00e7elik. Between 1988 and 1989, he worked as the Financial Affairs and IT Manager at \u0130zmir Demir \u00c7elik Inc. In 1989, Durusoy joined the Akk\u00f6k Group, starting as the Budget Planning Chief at Ak-Al Textile Industry Inc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durusoy served as Budget Planning Manager and then as the Strategic Planning Director at the same company. He served as Deputy General Manager at Aki\u015f REIT, which was founded in 2007 with the goal of undertaking unique and large-scale real estate projects, and as the General Manager and a Board Member since 2009. Mr. Durusoy was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Akk\u00f6k Holding in January 2023.
